It is a window in which the expenses of the institution are entered without being charged to
the indexes from suppliers, clients, and other indexes,
so that multiple expenses are added in one document.
The branches exchange vouchers are linked in the window “reasons for exchange”,
where the reasons for exchange are first added to be selected later in the branches exchange vouchers.
